Steve began his career in music at the tender age of 15 as work experience at Trent FM Nottingham, working behind the scenes in the studio and assisting at road shows.
This led to working as a DJ in various Nottingham night clubs, Minskys, Elements, Yates’s and Reflex/ Flares to name a few not forgetting also at private functions.
He progressed in his career in music by becoming a local night club manager for several years. His name has been heard, broadcasting as a presenter at Erewash Sound, Trent FM, Heart, The Eye FM and at present he is to be found in the studios at Amber Sound 107.2FM.
In the past few years, Steve has been working as a PA/lighting tech at music festivals and concerts and composing musical arrangements for firework displays.
He has sound experience as a pyrotechnic, and can offer a service for all your firework and indoor pyrotechnic requirements. Working at high profile gigs such as, Gatecrasher Summer Sound Festival, Download, Elite League ice hockey playoffs, various gigs with the likes of Girls Aloud, Atomic Kitten, Franz Ferdinand.
Steve has the experience for any gig going. If you’re looking for anything from a small display for a birthday party, wedding up to full on displays for Chinese new year or a concert then Steve is the person to call!
Steve offers his experience and services to anyone that requires a tech for your concerts/festival or shows, that require a good ear for sound levels, an eye for lighting or just to make your show formidably impressive.
